Please read the following guidelines carefully:
The Sing We Now! website is a place for singers and organizations to list opportunities to sing as well as find information on group singing events and concerts. It is run by volunteers and is provided as a community service.
We ask that anyone using the site to post singing event information be connected with the event in a tangible way, either as a member of the performing group or its sponsoring organization.
A valid email address is required to register as a user. The system will automatically send out a return email for verification purposes. This email address is also used when you set up your event listing.
This user email address will not be visible to the public, and is only used for verification purposes and to allow the website administrators to contact you if necessary. You may make an email address publicly viewable in the event listing by placing it in the field marked "Public Email."
We request that events listed be limited to those having to do with caroling, group singing, or choral music. Unrelated or inappropriate events are subject to removal without notice.
By proceeding to register and login to add an event listing to this site, the user agrees to post accurate information, and to make any changes or updates to keep the information up to date. The user also agrees to post information that is suitable for the general public, and in accord with common decency.
All information posted is the responsibility of the individual posting it. The administrators of the Sing We Now! website cannot be held liable for the accuracy of any of the event information posted.
By registering you also acknowledge that all event information listed will be freely available to anyone on the web, and will bear that in mind when listing any personal contact information.
You understand that this service is provided as is, and agree that the site and its owners and sponsors are in no way liable for any events resulting from the use of this site.

Event addition suggestions:
1) Where possible, limit public contact information to the organization's publicly available information. A website link is the best choice. Be careful about posting a private email address or phone number.
2) If your event is periodic and ongoing, please state that in the description and keep it up-to-date. The site administrators will delete events after the listed performance date.
