Registration: Sing We Now Year-Round

The Sing We Now! website is designed to be a resource for singers and those who love group and choral singing to learn about opportunities to sing as well as to attend group singing events and concerts. It is run by volunteers and is provided as a community service. We ask that anyone using the site to post singing event information be connected with the event in a tangible way, either as a member of the performing group or its sponsoring organization(s). A valid email address is required to register as a user, with a return email verification step completed before access to modify the events database is granted. The address you use to register must be entered in the field marked "User Email" for each event you add.

This user email address will not be visible to the public, and is only used for verification purposes and to allow the website administrators to contact you if necessary. You may make an email address publicly viewable in the event listing by placing it in the field marked "Contact Email."

We also request that the type of events listed be limited to those having to do with group or choral singing. These can be performances by amateur or professional groups or organizations. By proceeding to register and login to add events to this site, the user agrees to post accurate information, and to make any corrections or updates if the information changes. The user also agrees to list only events and post information that is suitable for the general public, and in accord with common decency. Inappropriate listings will be removed by the site adminsitrators without notice.

All information posted here is the responsibility of the individual posting it. This site is designed to be self-administered, and the administrators of the Sing We Now! website cannot be held liable for the accuracy of event information posted. The person registering also acknowledges that the event information listed will be freely available to anyone on the web, and will bear that in mind when listing any personal contact information.

Event addition suggestions:

1) Where possible, limit public contact information to the organization's publicly available information. A website link is the best choice. Be careful about posting a private email address or phone number.

2) If your event is periodic and ongoing, please note that in the description and keep it up-to-date. Depending on use, in the future we may adjust the database to accomodate this as an additional category. The site administrators will delete any events which are beyond a month old. (e.g. events dated in the month of January 2007 will be deleted from the site in March 2007).
